We want you to feel as confident and beautiful in your Fleur du Mal pieces as possible; if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with all original tags and hygienic liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
